Kinney Construction Co. is a general contractor in the Cedar Rapids area. We specialize in custom homes, remodels, and commercial build outs. Our goal is to build you a comfortable, healthy home that will last a lifetime. Kinney Construction Co. was founded in 1996 by the current owner Mike Kinney. Throughout the years we have developed great, long-lasting customer relationships. This is due to the honesty and satisfaction we provide to each and every one of our customers.
